Our set for Oliver is a permanent structure, making use of trucks and cut cloths for the various locations used in this swiftly moving show, thus ensuring a seemless flow of action.

The multi-level set gives the director plenty of opportunity for imaginative interplay of characters in the show. Although controlled use of lighting is needed from the Lighting Designer the set provides , in it's design of variously shaped and slatted side walls, many opportunities for exciting effects especially using side and back lighting.

Provided with the set are 4 benches 2 @ 6' and 2 @ 5' long; 4 trestle tables 2 @ 6' and 2 @ 5' long; 4 round bar tables and 5 chairs and two stools. Also to the top S.L. of the fireplace is a loose "brick", which when removed, reveals Fagin's jewel box ( also provided ). The birdcage (with bird ) is also on the fire unit - on the S.R. end.
